From the A96 turn into Huntly at the junction with the A97 (the ‘ASDA’ roundabout. Follow signs for Huntly Town Centre taking particular care at the first crossroads you come to (you do not have right of way!). Continue up Gordon Street and straight across The Square into Castle Street. (As you enter Castle Street the Brander Building is the large granite and sandstone building on your right). After approx 50 metres turn right into the free car park and then walk back to the front door of the Brander building on The Square. Alternatively you can park on a side street for free or “Pay and Display” on The Square itself.
Huntly station is located on the Aberdeen-Inverness railway line. You will arrive on the South-East edge of town. On leaving the station, turn left towards the town centre, cross the River Bogie and continue straight up Bogie Street and Duke Street until you arrive at The Square (approx 7 mins walk). On arriving at The Square turn right and the Brander Building is facing you. We can also arrange to pick you up from the station if you prefer. Journey information at: www.scotrail.co.uk
All buses stop in The Square. When you get off the bus turn left and the Brander Building is facing you. Journey information at: www.stagecoachbus.com
You can leave your bike (locked) outside the Brander Building on The Square.
The Brander Building has a ramp at the front entrance to facilitate wheelchair access. The HDDT office is on the ground floor at the end of the corridor ahead of you when you enter the building.
